ECOYA SNAP automatically turns photos, video, voice notes and OCR output from logistics and export sites into trade evidence, quality reports, customer reports and claim defense records.

Using ECOYA ERP, SNAP and Intelligence, HRM structures and automates the document, photo, quality, logistics and market data generated in field operations and trade, so recyclable commodity trading runs on data.

HRM signs as the buyer or the seller and manages the whole trade: sourcing, quality verification, export documents, customs, logistics arrangement, claims handling and, where needed, finance and settlement terms. Where it helps a deal, HRM also works with brokers and agents. It is building a general trading house model that adds commodities and functions step by step.
