Inquiry type, name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), region (optional), item/product of interest (optional), estimated volume (optional), message, and attachments (optional: photos, assays, specifications and similar). An IP address and similar technical data may be collected automatically during email delivery.
Used to review and respond to inquiries, route them to the relevant team (Global Trading, Cheongju MRF, ECOYA DX, or General), and communicate with the inquirer. We do not use this information for marketing without separate consent.
As a rule, personal information is destroyed without delay once an inquiry has been handled. It may be retained for up to 3 years from completion to maintain a record of inquiries handled. Where applicable law requires a different retention period, that period applies.
The Company uses an email delivery service (Resend) to receive and send inquiry-related email, and requires this processor to protect personal information appropriately. Cross-border processing: Resend is a US company (Resend, Inc.), so your name, email address and message may be processed and stored on servers in the United States while the inquiry email is delivered. The purpose is delivery of the inquiry email; data is kept for as long as delivery requires. If you prefer not to have your data transferred abroad, please contact us by phone instead of the form.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time, and may refuse consent to its collection and use. Declining required fields on the inquiry form may limit our ability to receive and respond to your inquiry.
The Company applies reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to prevent loss, theft, leakage or alteration of personal information.
The website uses one essential cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language choice. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking tools. The cookie does not identify you personally and can be deleted in your browser settings. If visitor-statistics tools are introduced in future, this policy will say so, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
