Multi-country trade · Trading house

Cross-border circular-resource trading, run from sourcing to settlement

HRM's global trading division is an independent trading desk that connects suppliers and buyers across markets. It runs separately from the Cheongju facility, backed by a global end-buyer network and finance and payment support.

Kraft paper rolls
Paper

A general trading house that trades as principal and runs the whole deal, from sourcing to finance and settlement.

Multi-desk
From recovered paper, plastics and non-ferrous metals to finished goods, expanding one desk at a time.
End buyers
A network connected directly to end buyers in more than 30 countries.
Finance and settlement
Where a trade needs it, we structure finance and settlement alongside the deal.

What HRM does

More than moving raw materials and finished goods.

Connecting the value chain
Supplying a manufacturer with recycled material is not where HRM stops. We also find buyers for the finished goods that manufacturer makes.
Compliance
Import and export declarations, waste and recycled-material rules and each country's customs requirements are checked and documented for every deal. Staying compliant is what keeps a trade repeatable.
Opening markets for customers
We find overseas buyers for what our customers make (kraft paper, tissue rolls, recycled pellets, alloy ingots) and handle samples, specifications and price negotiation on their behalf.
On-time delivery
Shipping schedules, container bookings, stock and alternative sources are arranged in advance so material arrives when promised.
From raw materials to finished goods
We supply the raw materials a customer needs and take on the sale of what they produce. A trade can start at either end; we see it through.

Capabilities behind every trade

Global end-buyer network

Material from suppliers worldwide is sold to the paper mills, smelters and manufacturers HRM trades with. A broad buyer base is what lets a supplier's volume move reliably.

Finance and payment solutions

We review the structure of each trade, including letters of credit, payment terms and cash flow, so that it settles reliably. HRM does not provide financial services itself; our role is to help the trade go through.

The whole trade, from sourcing to settlement

We start by matching supply with demand, then handle quality control, export documentation, container shipping, logistics, claims and, where needed, finance and payment.

Where we are heading

HRM trades as principal. We manage the whole trade ourselves: sourcing, quality verification, logistics, export documentation and customs, and payment terms. Recycled commodities vary in quality and face changing regulation, so we verify and record at every step of a deal.

That experience is the base for a general-trading-house model that widens what we handle and what we do, one step at a time: from raw materials toward finished goods, and from trading toward finance and settlement support. Trust in each trade comes before speed.
